When will Modtera Towns be completed and what are the maintenance fees?

Modtera Towns is currently in pre-construction with an estimated occupancy date of Spring 2027. Monthly maintenance fees are approximately $0.13 per square foot, which is significantly lower than the Richmond Hill condominium average. Maintenance fees cover building insurance and the upkeep of common areas and surface parking. Hydro, water, electricity, garage, cable, phone, internet, and applicable taxes are not included in the maintenance fee and are the responsibility of the homeowner. All 113 units are covered under the Tarion Warranty Corporation’s new home warranty program.
