POPULATION GROWTH
The Township of King is experiencing rapid growth. According to the York Region Official Plan (2010), the population is projected to rise from 25,400 in 2016 to 34,900 by 2031. This increase of 9,500 residents represents a 37% growth over 15 years. To put it in perspective, the Township’s population will grow by an amount greater than the current population of King City within this period.

Nobleton is a charming community located in York Region’s township of King. Situated approximately 50 kilometers north of downtown Toronto, Nobleton is nestled in a predominantly rural area characterized by rolling hills and picturesque landscapes. It lies to the west of King City and south of Schomberg, making it easily accessible via King Road and Highway 27.
