⚠️ CRITICAL PROJECT UPDATE (February 2026): Following a court-ordered receivership process in mid-2024 due to construction budget overruns, the property at 248-260 High Park Avenue was sold to a new ownership group (1001136742 Ontario Inc.) in July 2025. As of early 2026, the new owners have been authorized by the court to terminate and disclaim previous Agreements of Purchase and Sale. While the original architectural vision remains intact, the project is currently in a redevelopment transition phase.
