Stafford Homes and Land started when our two Principals, both developers; combined their efforts and began to seek out parcels of land for redevelopment. As Stafford Land Company succeeded in procuring build-able properties, the new ‘homes’ division was established and put to task. The first projects slated for construction were to replace run down, neighborhood eyesores with fine new homes that would enhance the blocks they inhabited. It was a good first step. People truly loved the homes we crafted, especially the ‘1920’s Sears Catalog Bungalow’ reinterpretation built on Harney Street in Portland. In fact that home sold the first day on the market
