Award-winning Tarion Registered Builder with team experience spanning several decades with over dozens of successful projects completed in the Greater Toronto Area, Southern Ontario and Southern U.S.
What We Do
We are a collection of creative thinkers and problem solvers. We know from experience that the best solution often comes from collaboration and creativity. That is why we strategically integrate those methods into our development, construction and asset management processes.
Each new development starts with the drive to make it better than the last. We look critically at our past experiences and across the globe for inspiration to integrate into our projects and improve experiences for our end users.
How We Do It
Podium has been a Tarion Registered Builder since 2006 and as a vertically integrated company (develop/build/asset manage), we benefit from the collaboration of our industry professionals working together to find the sweet spots for quality, efficiency and improvement. Our team is composed of individuals who each have excelled in their disciplines and have banded together to chase one goal, developing and building exceptional buildings and communities. We continue to grow our team strategically as we strengthen our breadth in the residential market. Like a true team we share our successes as well as our lessons learned throughout the process.
