For the past 35 years Atria Development has been redeveloping properties for residential, commercial and industrial use across the GTA, particularly in Toronto’s downtown eastern core. Our ventures include the challenging but rewarding task of converting abandoned buildings into affordable, functional studio lofts, where artists, photographers and those in the film industry can live and work.
